Rare and correct genetics..........

Eiko's pups are finally here and we are of the
understanding that there is no other dog with these bloodlines
being bred in the United States. Eiko is the real deal. He is a
“true type” GSD and comes from a unique bloodline bred from
the actual West German dogs imported to England
(and then into the US) after the Second World War.
They had been selected for working ability and health for nearly
half a century. They are the
original big, healthy German
Shepherd Dogs of the 1940's that have been preserved over time and
isolated from new bloodlines and fashion. It was
these very GSD's that gave many of us our first exposure to the GSD.
It was this GSD
that caught the eye of so many and taught us what an amazing, noble,
loyal and intelligent dog they really were.
Eiko's bloodlines were preserved by the very woman
who brought them from Germany. She was one of (and perhaps) the original breeder
of these dogs (outside of Germany). It was by strict, correct,
continual line-breeding (not in-breeding…line-breeding)
that kept the original type of dog unchanged. Large dogs
(males up to 140 lbs) with hearts and brains to match their size.
They have proven to be conformationally correct
and healthier than modern lines.
Eiko is a noble
ambassador of the line as he has the stable head, intelligence,
loyalty and noble aire that truly represent the GSD. We are so
excited to offer his offspring.
Brigette is the
dam that we chose to breed to Eiko. She is the daughter of our
Cassie and full sister to our Berrin and Benny. Cassie's pups have
that large thick bone, great heads and great size...these three are
no exception.
We chose Brigette
for her attentive nature and she (like her mother) is proving to be
an awesome mother. Brigette, like Eiko is a well balanced GSD...and
a real sweetheart. Both Eiko and Brigette have the temperament that
we look for and strive to produce. These pups will make awesome
family companions, innately loyal and protective.
